| We have received and read the Code of Conduct of DEDESO GmbH (Form No. 17) and accept it as binding. | |
| We exclude child, forced and compulsory labour in our company and do not tolerate it at our sub-suppliers. | |
| We comply with the occupational safety regulations of our site, provide protective equipment free of charge and instruct our employees at recurring intervals. | |
| We pay at least the statutory minimum wage or the customary industry rate and tolerate no contractual arrangement circumventing this entitlement. | |
| We reject bribery, improper advantages and agreements restricting competition, and comply with export control and sanctions law. | |
| We comply with the environmental regulations of our site and hold the required permits. | |
| We ensure batch-related traceability of our deliveries and retain the records for at least ten years. | |
| We provide material certificates, REACH and RoHS information as well as origin information on conflict minerals upon request. | |
| We grant DEDESO GmbH access, upon prior notice, to the manufacturing areas in which production for DEDESO GmbH takes place. | |
| We pass on the requirements of the code to our sub-suppliers insofar as they work on products for DEDESO GmbH. | |
| We report deviations from these commitments without being requested to do so and agree corrective measures with deadlines. |
